Triple Flip Birthday Card

I recently made this fun card for a friends birthday.  She loves cats so had to add a party cat to one of the flips.  I used the Karen Burniston Triple Flip die set along with some other fun elements all linked below.

Celebration!!!

Hi Friends,

Today was our monthly meeting of the WOW group (Wild Old Women). We celebrated a birthday today and, of course, I made a card for the occasion.  I'm happy to share it with you now since I already gave it to my friend.

I use the Explosion Pop-up from Karen Burniston for this card and added a cat since Cheri loves cats.

The inside is a celebration of balloons, cupcakes and gifts along with the explosion of fun.

On the front I simply added some of the elements from the inside of the card.

Cheri really liked her card and that makes me happy.

Home Sweet Home

Hi my friends,

I'm beyond excited to tell you that I have been chosen to join the Karen Burniston/KB Riley Design Team and have been doing the "happy dance" since I found out.   Today is the first challenge I'm participating in and the theme is HOUSE.  I've used the House and Fence die set for my card along with a few other sets from the collection.  Everything I used is linked below so you can click to shop.  Last month I made a double floating floor Halloween card and I've used the same technique here.  You can see the technique video here

I used the same construction for the double floating floor as in the video but then I used the House as it is intended to be used.  I cut a portion of the house off to make a dog house - added a little heart on the front of each house.  The Tree Pop-Up die set is perfect for this with the cute tire swing.  Everybody wants an adorable dog in their yard so I added one using the Cat & Dog die set.  A few green clouds as bushes in the front and it is complete.
