Designer Challenge - First 100 dies

Hello friends and welcome back,

I hope everyone is having a great new year so far.  Our holidays were great but glad it is over for another year.

Our challenge for today is to use any dies from Karen Burniston's first 100 releases.  There was a great choice here and I finally landed on the Twist Panel.  I always love a dynamic pop up and this one is great for that.  I'm combining my challenge card with a birthday card that I need for a friend who loves, blue, green and purple.  I got it covered with this colorful Twist Panel.

You can see all the products I used linked below.  Simply click on the photo to see more details.

  2. Great colorful birthday card. I haven't thought about using that die going that direction in the card. It's great seeing some of the "old" dies in use. I use the original Gemini die cutter and the Anna Griffin mini empress

  3. I love the way you changed how it opens! The colors are great too!! My favorite cutting making machine was a BigShot but it's old and doesn't cut well without using a shim so it's time to replace.

  5. Gorgeous bright and beautiful birthday card!! Am happy that your recipient loved these colors because it turned out so beautifully!! Love all of your details like the fork with the cake!! Great inspiration and loving the timelessness of using our "older" dies with all that we do!! Nothing of KB goes away!
