One die - many uses -

 Hi Friends,

Like you - I'm excited about this new release from Karen Burniston.  In my last post I shared a card made with the new Heart Collage Pop Up.  This die set is amazing all by itself but I like to get many uses from my dies so today I have a card that combines previously released dies with the new ones.  One of my favorite things about Karen's dies is that they are all backward compatible and rarely out of stock.

For this card I have combined elements of the Heart Collage Pop Up along with other new sets, the Hearts Crosshatch and Sending Love as well as previously released sets Little Labels, Border Blends,  and Hello. All the products I used are linked below so you can easily find the information you need.

I made the Little Labels Pop Up as usual but then thought I would see if I could add a little more interest with the 3D expanding hearts that are part of the Hearts Collage.  I'm happy to say that it was a good experiment.  I cut some acrylic strips and attached them to the 3D heart (on the slotted portion) and then glued the other end to the label using a small glue dot.  It looks great and closes flat.  I say a sucess! I have more ideas to share in later weeks so as they say on TV - Stay Tuned!!

Thank you for stopping by and I will see you on Monday for a Blog Hop that you will not want to miss. Be sure to make comments on each blog for a chance to win a gift certificate.
