Happy Halloween Wishes

To begin this card I started with one of the great Pop Up dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs.  The great thing about these is that you can place them anywhere on the fold of  the card to make things pop up where you want them.  Once I had my base - I simply added lots of great elements from the Halloween collection - they are linked below for your shopping ease.
