Designer Challenge - Love Is In The Air

It's Designer Challenge Day and this time our theme is "Love Is In The Air".  I am using some of the new release for this one.  I have used the new "Stage Pop-up" with the "Love Is In The Air" charms.

For the moon, I created a Scan N Cut file and then attached it to the card with acetate.  If you don't have an electronic cutting machine, no worries, you can create a crescent moon using a circle die as shown below.   The stars are from several different die sets.

To add the stars to the Stage I used the dies in the set to create holes in the base and then added the cardstock stands as shown below.  I then cut 1/4" strips of acetate and added to the stands - cutting off the acetate at different lengths and adding the stars.  I removed the excess cardstock once I attached the acetate strips.  The reason for using the cardstock was to create a stronger foundation using glue.  I attached the acetate using two small glue dots.
