Designer Challenge - Happy New Year

 Hello friends,

It's Designer Challenge Day and this time Karen has challenged the team with the theme of Happy New Year.  This time I decided to go back to my roots which is mixed media.  I haven't done any mixed media in ages because I have been making cards.  

I have a large collection of vintage things that we have found on our RV travels over the years.  One of our favorite things to do when we went to a new town was to go to the shops and antique stores.  For this make I have used an old bed spring, it was fun, I hope you enjoy it.

All of the dies I used are from Karen Burniston, it is always fun to use them in a new way.  Just because they are pop-ups doesn't mean you can't find a new way to use them.  I love that Karen released a larger scale Poinsettia which I have used here.
