Going Round In Circles @ A Vintage Journey

It's time for a new Challenge at A Vintage Journey and this time our lovely hostess, Brenda, wants us to use circles.  This was a fun challenge because it gave me a good chance to use some of my steampunk dies and stamps along with a fun glittered background.

Here's how I did it!

Finished card size is a standard 4.25" X 5.5"

I covered my piece of cardstock on the front with Clear Double Sided Adhesive.  Next I cut out the Circles Background.   I didn't need the extra pieces for this card so I placed them all in a small plastic bag and saved them for another day.  After removing the adhesive backing from the front side of panel, I covered it with Chocolate Glitter and polished it so the glitter would stay in place.

I adhered the panel to the card base.

I used my Misti to stamp the greeting from the Steampunk Clear Stamps in a horizontal style rather than vertical on the coordinating paper.  I cut the greeting out using a small fishtail banner.  I cut a larger banner and covered it with glitter.  Next I cut some gears and covered them with Rust glitter.

After arranging all elements as desired, everything was glued down.

I have provided links to all products used below.

Have a great weekend,
